1. What is the promotion duration & timings?

This “King of Crowns 3.0” promotion will commence at 12 AM Indian Standard Time on 8^th March 2025 and will continue until 30^th May 2025 at 11:59PM.

• For Cashback Prizes: Half Hourly Slots are there with limited Cashbacks available in each slot.
• For Daily Prizes: The winners of the Daily Prizes shall be selected on First-to-redeem basis (code entry time based) between 12 AM on 8^th March 2025 to 11:59 PM on 30^th May 2025.
• For Tamil Nadu only: the winners will be selected based on best slogan entered.
• For Weekly Prizes: The winners of the Weekly Prizes shall be selected on First-to-redeem basis (code entry time based) between 12 AM on 8^th March 2025 to 11:59 PM on 30^th May 2025 For Tamil Nadu where the winners be selected based on best slogan entered.
• For State Level Prizes: The winners of the State Level Prizes shall be selected on First-to-redeem basis (code entry time based) between 12 AM on 8^th March 2025 to 11:59:59 PM on 30^th May 2025 except for Tamil Nadu where the winners be selected based on best slogan entered.

 

2. On which product is this promo applicable?

The offer is applicable on the purchase of Coke, Fanta and Limca for 200 ml and all brands of 300 ml RGB bottles. You will see a golden cap on RGB bottles of promo packs, instead of normal cap as made available across Territories.

 

3. How do I participate?

• All you have to do is find a unique code under the golden crown visit https://utcrgb.com/.
• Sign up with your mobile number to receive OTP. Enter OTP and submit your details.
• Participant will fill in the details as required, enter Name and state from where they are participating
• For All Eligible States except Tamil Nadu: Enter your valid unique code on the promotional website to win Cashback Vouchers or Daily Prizes or Weekly Prizes or State Level Prizes.
• For Tamil Nadu: We would run a slogan contest for Daily, Weekly and State Level Prizes. All participants are required to share a slogan on I love Coca Cola because…. to be eligible for the Daily, Weekly and State Level Prizes.

 

4. Why do I need to login/register?

We need you to login/register so we can verify your participation eligibility, disburse your prizes, and notify you when you win.

 

5. What is a unique code?

A unique code is an 8-character alphanumeric code printed under the cap of golden crown. It can be used to participate in the promotion and stand a chance to win Half Hourly Cashbacks, Every Day, Week and State Level Prizes.

 

6. Can I participate without the unique code?

No, you cannot participate in this Promotion without a unique code.

7. What are the prizes available to be won?

• Digital Money Cashback Vouchers: A Participant can participate multiple times with different unique codes during the Campaign Period. The promo will run for 24 hours each day during the campaign period and each half an hour will have a limited number of cashbacks winners.
• Daily Prizes – Digital Money Cashback of INR 500, INR 250 and INR 100. Winners of the Daily Prizes shall be selected basis most unique codes redeemed (code entry time based). The leaderboard will show your position in respective daily, weekly & state leaderboard, basis number of unique codes entered. In case of further tie, winners will be selected by way of a randomizer software, in the presence of an independent auditor and announced on a daily basis during the Campaign Period. Tamil Nadu winners will be chosen based on slogan entered during the contest period.
• Weekly Prizes- Digital Money Cashback of INR 2000, INR 1000 and INR 500. Weekly Prizes shall be selected basis most unique codes redeemed (code entry time based). In case of further tie, winners will be selected by way of a randomizer software, in the presence of an independent auditor and announced on a daily basis during the Campaign Period. Winners from Tamil Nadu will be chosen based on slogan entered during the contest period.
• State Level Prizes- Digital Money Cashback of INR 9,999: A total of first 5 winners entering 2000 unique codes per state shall be selected on First-to-redeem basis (code entry time based). In case of further tie, winners will be selected by way of a randomizer software, in the presence of an independent auditor and announced on a daily basis during the Campaign Period. First 5 Participants from Tamil Nadu to enter 2000 unique codes will be chosen based on slogan entered during the contest period.

 

8. How many times can I win during this promo?

Any participant can win as per below:

• Digital Money Cashback Vouchers: A Participant can participate multiple times with different unique codes during the Campaign Period. Winning per participant via instant cashback is capped at Rs.19,999 during the Campaign Period.
• Daily Prize: A participant shall be eligible to win the Digital Money Cashback multiple times during the Campaign Period. Rs.500 cashback via Daily Leaderboard can be a won a total of 28 times per participant during the whole campaign.
• Weekly Prize: A participant shall be eligible to win the Digital Money Cashback multiple times during the Campaign Period. Rs.2000 cashback via Daily Leaderboard can be a won a total of 4 times per participant during the whole campaign.
• State Level Prize: First 5 participants to enter 2000 unique codes per state, will be eligible to get Rs.9999. A participant shall be eligible to win the Digital Money Cashback once during the Campaign Period.
• For Tamil Nadu Only: along with unique code, a slogan must be entered to be considered for Daily, Weekly and State Level Leaderboard.

 

9. How can I claim my Prize?

For redeeming cashback UPI registration is mandatory and user has to provide valid UPI ID and unique code.

10. When is the last day to claim the reward?

The last day to claim the cashback reward is 30/05/2025. In case the participant fails to claim the cashback prize, the entry will stand forfeited after the said date.

 

11. Do I have to pay any Gifts tax amount?

MANDATORY KYC (PAN CARD) winning over Rs 5000/-

Once the participant reaches the winning amount of Rs. 5000 the participant will have to upload the PAN details for KYC purpose. Once the PAN details are approved the participant will be eligible for further redemptions.

In case of rejection of the PAN details the participant will have to re upload valid PAN details to resume their redemptions.

 

TDS DEDUCTION

As per section 194R of Income Tax Act, 1961, the TDS to be deducted @ 10% on the amount of benefit provided to the participant. The aggregate amount per financial year should be more than Rs. 20,000 to be liable for TDS.

 

12. How is the TDS deducted?

When a participant's total winnings across all campaigns reach Rs. 18,000, a Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) amount of Rs. 2,000 will be deducted from their next winnings (up to Rs. 20,000) on their behalf.

For example, if participant ABC Enterprises (spoke) wins Rs. 5,000 from the Summer Dhamaka campaign, Rs. 4,000 from the Premium Summer Dhamaka campaign, and Rs. 9,000 from the Free- Hits campaign, their total winnings will be Rs. 18,000. Once this threshold is reached, a TDS deduction of Rs. 2,000 will be applied to their next winnings, which will be deducted on their behalf until the total winning amount reaches Rs. 20,000.

After the total winning amount reaches Rs. 20,000/- , participants will receive their winnings (for each subsequent redemption) with a 10% TDS deduction.
