RGB UTC Campaign

This Campaign is being organized by Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (‘HCCB’), a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its its Corporate office at Brigade Magnum, Tower B, 7th-9th Floor, Amruthahalli, Kodigehalli Gate, Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560092  in association with its partner agency, 4 Minute Mile Marketing Service Private Limited, a company duly incorporated under The Companies Act, 1956 having its regd. office at  B-44, RUIA PARK, J.R. MHATRE MARG, JUHU, MUMBAI-400049 (‘Agency’), hereinafter together referred to as the “Organizers”.

By participating in or availing the benefits of this Campaign, HCCB Retailers and Wholesalers (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Participant”) are deemed to have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted the terms and conditions of the RGB UTC Campaign (“Campaign”). The Participant further agrees to remain unconditionally bound by these terms and any amendments or modifications made thereto.

Retailers would mean customers who are purchasing Products only from HCCB’s authorized distributors.

Wholesalers would mean customers who are purchasing products only from HCCB’s authorized distributors and then re-distributing the same in their designated area.

1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

  1. By participating in this Campaign, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions available on https://utcrgb.com/ (“T & C Website”). Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign subject to all requirements set forth herein.
  2. Organizer reserves the right to exclude any person from the Campaign on any grounds mainly non-payment of dues,  misconduct or criminal record.
  3. Organizer reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Campaign, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason.
  4. Organizers reserve the right to use the participant details for future promotions run by HCCB.

2. Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is open only for Indian Citizens who are above 18 years of age, across select states in India. These states are Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala,  Goa, Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh, further referred to as (“Territory”).
  2. This campaign is only for the retailers and any other channel partners of HCCB. Consumers, Organizers’ employees, their family members, sponsors, agents, etc. are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

3. Campaign Period

  1. The Campaign is open only between 8th March 2025 to 30th May 2025, both days inclusive (hereinafter “Campaign Period”). Thereafter, Organizer will not be obligated in any manner whatsoever.
  1. Entries beyond the Campaign Period will not be considered valid for participation in the Campaign. Stock containing the Campaign offer may continue to be available even after the Campaign period, purchases beyond the Campaign Period will not be considered valid for participation in the Campaign and Participants agree and acknowledge not to raise any claim or complaint against HCCB, its group companies or its agents in this respect.

4. How to Participate

Part- I Applicable to states identified above except Tamil Nadu

  1. This Campaign is available on sale of   beverages including fruit based drinks prepared from beverage base and concentrate syrups under various trademarks such as Coca-Cola®, Thums Up®, Limca®, Sprite®, Fanta®, Charged® 200 ml and 300ml RGB (collectively referred to as ‘Products’) as made applicable across Territories.
  2. To participate in the Campaign, Participant will be required to register on the campaign portal www.utcrgb.com
  3. Participant will fill in the details as required and enter a unique code mentioned inside the cap of the bottle and the State from where they are participating.
  4. Each Participant can participate in the Campaign multiple times with different codes during the Campaign Period.
  5. The decision on number/s of winner(s) is subject to the Organizer’s discretion.
  6. The organizer and agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
  • any SPAM generated messages;
  • the Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones;
  • any SMS message delivery failures;
  • any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason;
  • If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign
  • Other conditions beyond its reasonable control.


5. Prizes

  1. Digital Money Cashback Vouchers:

Part- I Applicable to Territories  except Tamil Nadu

During the Campaign Period,  Participants  shall stand a chance to windigital money cashback of Rs. 10  by submitting the unique code available under the crown. No claim whatsoever shall lie against the Organizer if  a Participant does not receive the cashback due to any operational issues related to his/her digital payment account or due to any reasons.

Note: A Participant can participate multiple times with different unique codes during the Campaign Period. The promo will run throughout the day  during the campaign period however  with a cap on number of redemptions that can be made during the half  hour timeslot. Please refer to the T&C Website for details and information. For redeeming cashback UPI registration is mandatory and winner has to provide valid UPI ID. Failure to comply with this will lead to forfeiture of the opportunity to get the cashback amount transferred to the user’s account / wallet. Maximum 3 UPI ID's can be used throughout the campaign period per mobile number.

Part- II Applicable to Tamil Nadu

A slogan contest for Tamil Nadu is applicable. Participant has to provide a slogan in addition to their unique code to participate. All participants are required to share a slogan on www.utcrgb.com to be eligible for the Campaign. Rest process remains same as identified above in 5.1.

 

  1. Daily Prizes:

Part- I Applicable to Territories  except Tamil Nadu

During the Campaign Period, a total of 29,400 Participants entering the maximum number of code each day stand a chance to win digital money cashback maximum of INR 500 on daily basis. The winners of the Daily Prizes shall be selected on maximum number of codes redeemed on first-to-redeem basis. In case of further tie, winners will be selected by way of a randomizer software, in the presence of an independent auditor and announced on a daily basis during the Campaign Period on the leaderboard available on the T&C Website.

For receiving cashback UPI registration is mandatory and winner has to provide valid UPI ID. Failure to comply with this will lead to forfeiture of the opportunity to get the cashback amount transferred to the user’s account / wallet.. Maximum 3 UPI ID's can be used throughout the campaign period per mobile number. A participant can win Rs.500 voucher from daily leaderboard a total of 28 times in the duration of the campaign.

Part- II Applicable to Tamil Nadu

During the campaign period, from the State of Tamil Nadu, top 4200 participants (maximum code entered per day) entering best slogan every day will be eligible to receive a digital money cashback maximum INR 500 per day.

The winners shall be selected on best slogan criteria by an external auditor on a daily basis during the Campaign Period. For receiving cashback UPI registration is mandatory and winner has to provide valid UPI ID. Failure to comply with this will lead to forfeiture of the opportunity to get the cashback amount transferred to the user’s account / wallet. Maximum 3 UPI ID's can be used throughout the campaign period per mobile number. A participant can win Rs.500 voucher from daily leaderboard a total of 28 times in the duration of the campaign.

 

 

  1. Weekly Prizes:

Part- I Applicable to Territories  except Tamil Nadu

During the Campaign Period, a total of 4,200 Participants from the pool of maximum code entered   are eligible to win digital money cashback maximum of INR 2000 on weekly basis.  The winners of the Weekly Prizes shall be selected on maximum of codes entered on first-to-redeem basis. . In case of further tie, winners will be selected by way of a randomizer software, in the presence of an independent auditor and announced on a daily basis during the Campaign Period. For receiving cashback UPI registration is mandatory and winner has to provide valid UPI ID. Failure to comply with this will lead to forfeiture of the opportunity to get the cashback amount transferred to the user’s account / wallet. Maximum 3 UPI ID's can be used throughout the campaign period per mobile number. A participant can win Rs.2000 voucher from daily leaderboard a total of 4 times in the duration of the campaign.

 

 

 

Part- II Applicable to Tamil Nadu

During the Campaign Period,  a total of 600 Participants are eligible to win weekly prize of maximum of INR 2000 by entering best slogan in addition to the unique code.

The winners shall be selected on best slogan criteria by an external auditor on a weekly basis during the Campaign Period. For receiving cashback UPI registration is mandatory and winner has to provide valid UPI ID. Failure to comply with this will lead to forfeiture of the opportunity to get the cashback amount transferred to the user’s account / wallet. Maximum 3 UPI ID's can be used throughout the campaign period per mobile number. A participant can win Rs.2000 voucher from daily leaderboard a total of 4 times in the duration of the campaign.

 

  1. State Level Prize:

 

Part- I Applicable to states identified above except Tamil Nadu

During the Campaign Period, a total of first 5 Participants  to enter 2000 number of codes per State except for State of Tamil Nadu  shall win a digital money cashback of INR 9999. In case of further tie, winners will be selected by way of a randomizer software, in the presence of an independent auditor and announced during the Campaign Period. For receiving cashback UPI registration is mandatory and winner has to provide valid UPI ID. Failure to comply with this will lead to forfeiture of the opportunity to get the cashback amount transferred to the user’s account / wallet. Maximum 3 UPI ID's can be used throughout the campaign period per mobile number.

 

Part- II Applicable to Tamil Nadu

During the Campaign Period, a total of first 5 winners to enter 2000 number of codes from Tamil Nadu in addition to best slogan , shall win a digital money cashback of INR 9999.

The winners shall be selected on best slogan criteria by an external auditor during the Campaign Period. For receiving cashback UPI registration is mandatory and winner has to provide valid UPI ID. Failure to comply with this will lead to forfeiture of the opportunity to get the cashback amount transferred to the user’s account / wallet. Maximum 3 UPI ID's can be used throughout the campaign period per mobile number.

 

  1. Intellectual Property
  1. All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the Campaign material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest solely and exclusively with HCCB at all times. HCCB or any person or entity permitted by HCCB in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future Campaign, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant.
  2. All material submitted in connection with the Campaign (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants are assigned to HCCB upon submission and become the property of HCCB exclusively. HCCB may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of HCCB.
  1. General Conditions
  1. Winners may be informed on their respective registered mobile numbers about them being the winners of corresponding prizes,.
  2. The Winners shall not be entitled to seek any replacement / exchange against the Prize(s) that they receive. Gift tax will be borne by the winner and TDS of 10% will be deducted from the beginning itself on each earnings if the participant receives daily prizes.
  3. The Campaign will be promoted at the sole discretion of the Organizer. In an event no required numbers are met, Organizers are authorized to select the next top contender or matching Participant and award applicable prize.
  4. The decision of the Organizer in this regard shall be final & binding upon the Participant and/or the Winner(s), and the Participant/ Winner(s) hereby agree that no claims, disputes, etc. of any sort shall be raised against the Organizer.
  5. The prize can neither be exchanged nor redeemed for   cash/ any non-monetary consideration nor it is transferable.

  7. The prize/s is subject to the applicable laws of India. Any deduction of applicable taxes, levies and other statutory payments, including but not limited to applicable gift tax, shall be borne solely by the Winner.  The winner may be duly required to provide a copy of their PAN card and other documentations for computation of  applicable taxes and levies as required under applicable law.
  8. HCCB or its partner agency shall at no time be required to verify the accuracy and/or correctness of the information so provided by the participants. Further, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal details and records including e-mail accounts and passwords.
  9. HCCB or it’s partner agency accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Unless otherwise specified, Tax is to be borne by the winner. Winners will have to bear incidental costs if any, that may arise for redemption of the Prizes.
  10. If required, the Winner(s) may be required to execute an “indemnity and release of claims” form as may be provided by Organizer, as the case may be, which shall release the Organizer of all liability, loss, damage, demand, claim, etc. in connection with the Campaign and prizes contemplated under this Campaign. Failure to complete and sign any documents requested by Organizer may result in not earning  any prize money.  Thereafter, the Organizer, at its discretion, will be entitled to choose the next winner. All decisions of Organizer shall be final in this regard.
  11. Organizers  shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein. All information provided in the Campaign is provided on "as-it-is" basis without any warranty of any kind. Organizer, its management, directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, agents, representatives, etc. or any of its sponsors/ partners make no representations, and further disclaim themselves from all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind towards the Participants, Winners and/or any third party with respect to accuracy, timelines, completeness, merchantability, or fitness of the Campaign.
  12. Organizer shall provide the prize on "as-it-is” basis without any warranty or guarantee (whether express or implied) regarding the prize covering its quality, suitability, merchantability or its fitness. The Organizer, its management, directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, agents, representatives, etc. disclaims itself from all liabilities, including but not limited to, those arising due to any deficiency/ defect in the Campaign and/or prize and for any consequential damages/ losses arising with respect to the Campaign and/or the prize.
  13. All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights in the Campaign and/or any other promotional material(s) shall vest solely and exclusively with Organizer at all times. In connection with the Campaign, the Organizer or any person or entity permitted by the Organizer shall be entitled to use personal details of Participant and/or Winners such as names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, etc. for any media promotions, marketing activity, publicity and likewise purposes. By voluntarily participating in the Campaign, Participant and/or Winner(s) hereby waive off all their rights to claim royalty, remuneration or legally challenge due to any such use of their personal details by the Organizer.
  14. Organizer and agency reserve its right to change, defer, alter or cancel this Campaign in part or full, or change any or all terms and conditions of the Campaign, without giving any prior intimation/ notice of any kind. Further, it shall not be liable for any consequential losses/ damages to any Participant and/or winners in this regard. Decision of the Organizer in general, and with respect to this Campaign shall be full, final, binding and non-contestable upon the Participant and/or the winners.
  15. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by the Organizer to conduct further likewise Campaign or schemes.
  16. Under no circumstance the Organizers , its management, directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, agents, representatives, etc. shall be liable to the Participant, Winners and/or any third party for any loss of profits or lost opportunity, or for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if Organizer has been advised of the possibility of any such damages. The Participant/ Winners specifically agree not to file and/or initiate in person or through any family member or through any third party, any criminal and/or civil proceedings/ complaints/ applications in any courts or forum in India against Organizer, its management, directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, agents, representatives, etc. to claim any damages for any losses or seek relief in connection with the Campaign and/or the prizes. The Participant/ Winners specifically agree that Organizer, its affiliates, its group companies, their employees, officers, directors or any other person and/or sponsors shall not be responsible for any claims/ liabilities/ losses (including legal fees) arising out of and in relation to any injury/ damage/ harm/ loss/ death/ mental or emotional trauma suffered by the Participant or prize Winners in any manner whatsoever in connection with the Campaign and/or the prizes.
  17. HCCB reserves the right to substitute the prize/reward offered at any point of time.
  18. All the costs and expenses for collecting the prize will be borne solely by the winner and HCCB or its partner agency shall not entertain any claim, whatsoever. The winner is solely responsible for any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the offer.
  19. Organizers shall not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the Campaign or in respect of the Prize(s) where it is unable to do so as a result of unforeseen circumstances, Force Majeure conditions such as epidemic outbreak, pandemic including but not limited to COVID, lockdown or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Winners hereby acknowledge that delivery of the Prize(s) may get delayed owing to lockdown restrictions in their respective area/state and/or that of the Organizers’ place of business, however the Organizers shall, on a best endeavor basis, resume the prize distribution process once said lockdown restrictions are lifted.
  20. Organizers are empowered to take a decision in case of any conditions, circumstances and scenarios beyond these terms and conditions of the Campaign.
  21. The Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the Campaign and/or prizes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai only. The Campaign shall be deemed void where prohibited by law.
  22. In case of any queries with respect to the Campaign, please write to helpdesk@4mm.co.in. No queries, claims, dispute, complaints, or grievances shall be entertained by Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited and its agency after 60 days from the date of the closure of the contest.
  23. The contest shall run on eligible contest products. Packs without the offer may  also available in the market.
  24. Any image or of  prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC's/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and  may vary from the depiction made.
  25. The Campaign is subject to the guidelines/directions issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, Department of Telecommunications, and any governmental or statutory authority as may be applicable from time to time.
